Play is such an important part of your child's development!
Intentional play can be a powerful part of the caregiver-child relationship. Play is the way children communicate and we can learn so much about the children in our lives when we get on their levels and engage in play.
There are so many benefits of play and they include improved social skills, language development, and improved parent-child relationships. In this episode we talk about the benefits of play, why it may be difficult for some parents to play, and also ways that you can intentionally play with the children in your lives!
