As a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in children's mental health, I get a lot of questions from caregivers about ways to support their child's Emotional Development. In this episode, I share a few suggestions and resources to help you identify opportunities to support and encourage your child's emotional development.

Learning how to talk about emotions is a critical step in regulating emotions in children, adolescents, and young adults - alike.

By the end of this episode, you will understand how to expand your child's emotional language and why being able to access a wide range of emotions is necessary. Lastly, we will cover how to help children cope with their feelings.
